China News Agency, Tianjin, January 17th (Reporter Wang Junyan) The reporter learned from Tianjin Port Group that on the 17th, Tianjin Port Group released the world's first full Internet of Things container terminal, marking Tianjin Port's development in the Internet of Things, big data, artificial intelligence, etc. Significant progress has been made in the in-depth application and high-level integration of high-tech, a key step towards the promotion of "digital twin port", and the first to press the fast-forward button of "the era of intelligent interconnection of everything in the port".

It is understood that the world's first all-IoT container terminal released this time is based on the evolution and upgrade of the world's first "smart zero-carbon" terminal that was previously built and operated.

At present, the terminal has realized the connection of all IoT objects of the six elements of "people, vehicles, containers, ships, machines, and fields", building a new logistics system and a new terminal format that integrates all elements, all scenarios, and the entire value chain.

Compared with the traditional Internet of Things terminal, this all-IoT container terminal is more people-oriented, realizing the visualization of key elements, humanization of mobile device interaction, and digitization of application scenarios.

In terms of management of external collection trucks, the driver does not need to carry any professional sensor terminal when driving into the scene. Only by relying on the linkage between the WeChat navigation applet and the electronic receipt reservation system, the meter-level positioning accuracy can be achieved, the route can be automatically planned, and the vehicle can be accurately guided to the designated location quickly. Operation location, providing high-quality location-based services for collection and distribution customers.

In terms of the management and control of outsiders, with visitor reservation applets, face scanning recognition, and portable sensing and positioning devices equipped with built-in Beidou high-precision positioning chips, the personnel positioning system is interconnected with the intelligent security system to realize automatic area intrusion alarms and improve The intrinsic safety level of the terminal as a whole.

According to statistics, as of now, the all-IoT container terminal has completed the installation of more than 100,000 various sensors and access to point facilities, covering production equipment, energy management, building intelligent control, park assistance, etc.

With the iterative upgrade of the new form of the all-IoT terminal, the terminal’s land transportation service quality and ocean trunk line container ship operation efficiency have continuously made new breakthroughs.

Among them, the operating time of pick-up and delivery boxes in the port decreased by 26.2%, and the efficiency of ocean-going main line ships increased by 28% when berthing.
