  Peng Huagang revealed that last year, central enterprises reduced rents to small, medium and micro enterprises and individual industrial and commercial households by 17.44 billion yuan, benefiting 214,000 tenants, and the amount of rent reduction far exceeded the 7.53 billion yuan in 2020.

Ensure that there is "dynamic clearing" of undisputed arrears, and expedite settlement of divergent accounts.

  Last year, central enterprises solved the problem of "reducing fees and improving quality, and accessing the online cloud" to help reduce the operating costs of small and medium-sized enterprises.

Power grid companies implement non-stop shutdown for arrears, optimize services to reduce electricity costs, and communication companies accurately reduce network fees for small, medium and micro enterprises, and support the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises.

  Central enterprises provide financing with "deferred interest-free, credit sharing" to ease the financial pressure on truck drivers and small and medium-sized enterprises.

Automobile companies carried out six-month deferment of principal and interest repayment of commercial passenger vehicle consumer loans, and a total of 57 billion yuan of loan extensions have been handled.

At the same time, relevant central enterprises promote the sharing of their own high-quality credit with upstream and downstream SMEs in the industrial chain and supply chain, helping 27,000 SMEs to obtain financial services of more than 90 billion yuan, releasing 25.1 billion yuan in deposits, and reducing the average financing cost by more than 3 percentage points .

  Peng Huagang also revealed that in 2022, the construction of an online supervision system for procurement transactions of central enterprises will be accelerated, which will directly drive more than 2 million supply chain companies and indirectly affect nearly 7 million companies.
