During this period, 26.48 million people, or an average of 5.3 million people per day, are expected to travel.



Due to the daily recovery, the average number of people traveling per day increased by 22.7% compared to last year's Lunar New Year.



By means of transportation, passenger cars accounted for the most with 91.7%.



It was predicted that returning home would be concentrated on the morning of the 21st, the day before the Lunar New Year's Day, and in the afternoon of the 23rd, the day after the Lunar New Year's Day.



The average daily number of vehicles using expressways during the special traffic measures was estimated to be about 5.19 million, which is a 23.9% increase from last year.



If you are going home by car, the maximum travel time on the highway is 5 hours between Seoul and Daejeon, 8 hours and 40 minutes between Seoul and Busan, 7 hours and 40 minutes between Seoul and Gwangju, 8 hours and 30 minutes between Seoul and Mokpo, and 5 hours and 20 minutes between Seoul and Gangneung. .
