In this year's spring labor offensive, the industrial union "Electric Machinery Union", which is made up of labor unions such as major electronics manufacturers, is making adjustments by requesting a monthly wage increase of 7,000 yen or more, which greatly exceeds last year's required level, as an amount equivalent to the base increase. I'm here.

The Denki Rengo is an industry-specific labor union made up of labor unions of major electronics manufacturers and others, with more than 570,000 members.

In this year's spring labor effort, the "Electric Union" is making adjustments by securing a regular salary increase and requesting a monthly wage increase of 7000 yen or more as a base increase equivalent to raising the basic salary.

Last year's spring labor offensive demanded a monthly salary of 3,000 yen or more as an equivalent to a base increase, but this is a level that greatly exceeds this.

We will formally decide on these policies at the Central Committee meeting on the 26th of this month.

In the spring labor offensive, which will actually start at the end of this month, due to rising prices and other factors, the central organization of the labor union, Rengo, has set a total of about 5% for base pay increases and regular pay raises, the highest since 1995. The major industrial unions that we are affiliated with are also moving to demand higher wages than in previous years.
