The method intends to stipulate that childcare subsidies will be paid according to the number of children a couple has.
Among them, for the birth of the first child, a one-time maternity subsidy of 3,000 yuan will be issued after the household registration is completed, and an additional childcare subsidy of 1,500 yuan will be issued every year until the child reaches the age of 3; for the second child, the household registration will be issued after birth A one-time maternity subsidy of 5,000 yuan, plus a childcare subsidy of 2,000 yuan per year until the child reaches the age of 3; for a third child, a one-time maternity subsidy of 10,000 yuan will be issued after birth and household registration, and an additional childcare subsidy of 3,000 yuan will be issued every year. until the child reaches the age of 3.
The funds required for childcare subsidies are included in the fiscal annual budget of each district, and the municipal and district finances each bear 50%, and the city-level borne part is returned through the next year's system settlement.
