The Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation (Empower) has achieved an increase in the growth rates of its human resources, in conjunction with its expansions in the district cooling industry, and the growth of the portfolio of assets benefiting from its services in Dubai.

The Foundation stated that it witnessed an increase in the number of male and female citizens until December 2022, as the Emiratisation rate in the institution exceeded 15% of the total employees.
