Seoul apartment prices, which had fallen sharply, decreased in 39 weeks.

This week, announced by the Korea Real Estate Agency, apartment prices in Seoul fell 0.67%, a decrease of 0.07 percentage points from last week.

This is the first slowdown in nine months since the survey in April of last year.

It is analyzed that the impact of the decrease in quick sales as the government eased heavy penalties for multi-homed people and promoted various deregulation policies.

In particular, as all areas except for Gangnam 3-gu and Yongsan-gu in Seoul are released from regulations this week, there are observations that the decline will further decrease in the next week's apartment price survey.

This is because sellers are kicking up the sale saying that there is no reason to sell in a hurry because the tax burden has decreased.

As a result, the number of apartments for sale in Seoul was 51,000, down 10.2% from a month ago.
