The digital tax "Emirates Tax", which relies on the latest technologies used globally in the tax field.

The Authority affirmed its keenness, since the beginning of preparations for the launch of the new platform, that its procedures be characterized by clarity and ease in completing transactions, to improve the experiences of the Authority’s customers while managing their tax operations in transparent and fast delivery methods.

She indicated that the registrant did not accurately perform the new payment procedure via the Emirates Tax platform;

This would lead to the failure to complete the payment process through the payment network, and thus not receiving the payment through the Authority's digital platform.

Introductory seminars

The "Federal Taxes" added that, as part of its commitment to enhance communication with taxpayers and all categories of dealers, and to learn the main features and how to deal through the "Emirates Tax" platform, the authority continues to hold a series of virtual introductory seminars that began several weeks before the launch of the platform.

She emphasized that these seminars are still ongoing daily, pointing out that they have been announced through the media and social media.

She stated that the authority's clients can participate in introductory seminars, to learn how to deal through the new platform, get answers to any inquiries, and learn how to overcome the difficulties that they may face.

She explained that two categories of virtual introductory seminars are being held.

The first category explains and clarifies the steps to reset the password for each registered with the authority, while the second category explains and clarifies how to submit tax returns, pay dues related to value-added tax and excise tax, and recover refundable tax amounts through the Emirates Tax platform. accurately and without errors.

And it stated that it sends all important developments and information directly to the registered taxpayers through the e-mail addresses of each registered with the Authority.
