  Three ways to make up the 2022 deferred payment

  Irregular make-up payment, the insured unit can plan the time of make-up payment according to its actual business situation, and pay the deferred payment before the end of the collection period in December 2023 at the latest.

  Monthly payment, the insured unit can make up the deferred payment month by month during the social insurance premium collection period from April to December 2023, and the supplementary payment month corresponds to the deferred payment month in 2022, that is, the collection period in April 2023 Make up the deferred payment in April 2022, and so on.

  Pay in installments, the insured unit will pay the deferred payment in installments, and the time for making up the payment in installments will be in June, September and December 2023 during the collection period of social insurance premiums.

That is, the deferred payment for April-June 2022 will be paid during the collection period in June 2023, the deferred payment for July-September 2022 will be paid during the collection period in September 2023, and the deferred payment for October-December 2022 will be paid during the collection period in December 2023 Monthly deferred payment.

  The three repayment methods correspond to different supplementary payment arrangements

  For the insured units who choose to make up payment from time to time, they can apply for overdue payment of the deferred payment on the "2022 Phased Postponement of Social Insurance Premiums" module on the official website of the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security or at the front desk of the social insurance agency in the area where the insured is located. In December 2023, the Beijing Department of Human Resources and Social Security will push the data on the uncompleted deferred payment to the taxation department for collection.   For the insured units who choose to pay monthly and instalments, the Beijing Human Resources and Social Security Department will push the payable deferred payment data to the taxation department for unified collection according to the payment plan. The insured units are requested to reserve sufficient funds in advance, and should The deferred payment for the corresponding time period shall be paid in one lump sum at the scheduled time.

If the payment is not successful at the scheduled time, the insured unit can apply for supplementary payment on the "2022 Phased Postponement of Social Insurance Premiums" module on the official website of the Beijing Human Resources and Social Security Bureau or at the front desk of the social insurance agency in the area where the insured is located.   The deferred payment unit should pay on time according to the selected supplementary payment method in accordance with the principle of month to month.

  Monthly or installment repayment must be applied before February 25

  The Beijing Municipal Social Security Center reminds that the insured units that apply for an extension of the repayment period before February 25, 2023 can choose one of the three methods of irregular, monthly, and installment payment; those who apply after February 25, 2023 The insured units no longer uniformly formulate payment plans for monthly and installment supplementary payments. Units need to choose irregular supplementary payment methods, and can plan the repayment time according to their actual conditions.

If the insured unit needs to modify the supplementary payment method, it can apply to change to irregular, monthly or installment supplementary payment before February 25, 2023. The insured unit that applies for change after February 25 can only be changed to non-scheduled Regular supplementary payment.

  When the unit chooses to make up payment monthly or in installments, if it fails to make up payment on time according to the repayment method agreed in the agreement, the repayment method will be automatically changed from the date of default to irregular make-up payment, and the unit should make up payment in accordance with the irregular payment method. In this way, the deferred payment shall be paid before the end of the collection period in December 2023 at the latest.

  During the deferred payment period of the social insurance premiums of participating units, if any employee applies for the basic endowment insurance benefits for enterprise employees, or applies for unemployment insurance benefits, or applies for the transfer of the basic endowment insurance or unemployment insurance relationship for enterprise employees, or makes up for the difference in the monthly base of the deferred payment , the insured unit should first pay the three social insurance premiums corresponding to the deferred payment of the employee in full at one time before handling the corresponding business.

If the insured unit cancels according to law, it should pay the deferred fee in full before cancellation, and then follow the relevant cancellation process.
