The industrial park is composed of "seven towns and one street" including Anfu Street, Panlong Town, Longji Town, Ronglong Town, Longchang City, Shiyanqiao Town, Hujia Town, Jieshi Town and Purun Town in Rongchang District. The total planned area of the park is 196,000 mu, including 101,000 mu in Rongchang and 95,000 mu in Longchang.

Zhang Yijun, deputy secretary of the Agricultural and Rural Work Committee of the Rongchang District Committee of Chongqing, said that the integrated rice and fishery farming industry is the primary direction of cooperation for the "Shuangchang" Agricultural Industrial Park.
The two sides will build a rice-fishing comprehensive planting and breeding base, build a "multi-in-one" rice-fishing industry model, break through the traditional farming model of the four major fishes, and develop rice-fishing, rice shrimp, rice crab, rice soft-shelled turtle, rice loach and other comprehensive rice-fishing products. Planting and breeding models, optimizing the structure of aquatic products, and jointly creating the "Shuangchang" rice and fishery public brand.

Qin Youping, deputy director of the National Pig Big Data Center in Rongchang District, said that the center, in conjunction with the Sichuan Animal Husbandry General Station and the Chongqing Animal Husbandry General Station, has established 34 data collection points in large-scale breeding enterprises, slaughtering enterprises, and farmers’ markets in Sichuan and Chongqing, and compiled the Sichuan and Chongqing Animal Husbandry General Station. Chongqing can breed sow index, Chongqing can multiply sow index, Chongqing slaughter index and other data information.
Since 2021, Sichuan and Chongqing have shared nearly 120 million pieces of pig industry data, installing a "digital engine" for the development of the pig industry in Sichuan and Chongqing.
Qin Youping said that in the next step, the center plans to set up 10 regional centers of the National Pig Big Data Center in the Chengdu-Chongqing twin-city economic circle in Suining, Sichuan, and Wanzhou, Chongqing. Digital products such as the certificate system have been put into use in Sichuan and Chongqing, empowering the development of the pig industry in Sichuan and Chongqing.
At the same time, a cooperation mechanism for the construction of the National Pig Big Data Center in the Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle will be established to form a new development pattern for the joint construction of the National Pig Big Data Center.
