The Government is already working on a rise of up to 35% in mileage allowances for civil servants

The Government is going to update the compensation for mileage received by civil servants who, to make work trips, must use their own vehicle.

The Official State Gazette (BOE) includes it within the anti-crisis measures approved by the Executive, and now it is necessary for unions and the Ministry of Public Function to close the increase at the negotiating table.

Union representatives have already proposed specific figures:

The unions confirm that this point was one of the issues that were established in the framework agreement for the Administration of the 21st century, and stress that it is a vital aspect after so many years of frozen allowances.
