According to the data collected by the three major exchanges, as of December 30, there were 424 new shares listed this year, a year-on-year decrease of 12.58%, and a total of 586.8 billion yuan was raised, a year-on-year increase of 2.64%.
Together with the refinancing data, the equity financing scale of the three major stock exchanges in 2022 will reach 1.47 trillion yuan.
Specifically, the Shanghai Market Statistical Summary (2022) released by the Shanghai Stock Exchange shows that there are 154 IPO companies on the Shanghai Stock Exchange this year, a year-on-year decrease of 38.5%, and IPO funds raised 358.9 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 1.79%.
Among them, the number of IPO companies on the Science and Technology Innovation Board was 123, a year-on-year decrease of 24.07%, and the total amount of funds raised was 252 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 24.22%.

The number of IPO companies was 187, a year-on-year decrease of 19.4%, and the IPO fundraising amount was 211.518 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 24.63%.
Among them, there were 148 IPO companies on the Growth Enterprise Market, a year-on-year decrease of 25.63%, and the IPO fundraising amount was 179.636 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 21.78%.
The 2022 stock market statistical bulletin released by the Beijing Stock Exchange shows that 83 companies on the Beijing Stock Exchange went public with a total issuance size of 16.384 billion yuan.
The newly listed companies are mainly concentrated in the manufacturing industry, and there are 74 companies, with a total of 14.61 billion yuan in issuance and fundraising.
According to the reporter's combing, there are a total of 354 listed companies under the registration system (Science and Technology Innovation Board, Growth Enterprise Market, and Beijing Stock Exchange), accounting for 83.49% of the new shares listed during the year, and the total amount of funds raised is 448.02 billion yuan, accounting for 76.35%.
In addition, according to statistics from the official websites of the three major stock exchanges, by the end of 2022, the total number of listed companies will reach 5,079, with a total market value of 79 trillion yuan.
Among them, there are 501, 1,232, and 162 companies on the Science and Technology Innovation Board, the Growth Enterprise Market, and the Beijing Stock Exchange, respectively, with a total market value of 5.82 trillion yuan, 11.27 trillion yuan, and 211.029 billion yuan.
