  According to the China Quality Association, the industry evaluation results in 2022 show the following characteristics: Satisfaction and loyalty maintain a high level, brand image and perceived quality continue to improve, and the complaint rate further decreases, indicating that the continuous quality improvement actions of the entire fuel vehicle industry have achieved positive results ; In addition, the products and services of self-owned brand cars have achieved more outstanding results in meeting user needs.

  It is worth mentioning that the competitiveness of self-owned brands has continued to increase, and the gap with joint venture brands has further narrowed.

In 2022, self-owned brand satisfaction will be 79 points, a year-on-year increase of 1 point, and there will be a gap of 1 point with joint venture brands, while the gap between 2021 and 2020 will be 2 points, and the gap in 2014 will be 5 points.

In 2022, the loyalty of self-owned brands will be 77 points, which is 1 point lower than that of joint venture brands; the complaint rate of self-owned brands will be 14%, which is 1 percentage point higher than that of joint venture brands.

  German and Japanese brands have obvious advantages in satisfaction.

Among the joint venture brands, the satisfaction score of German brands was 81 points, the same as last year.

The Japanese brand satisfaction score was 80 points, an increase of 1 point year-on-year.

The satisfaction score of American brands is 80 points, which is the same as last year.

The satisfaction score of Korean brands was 79 points, an increase of 1 point year-on-year.

Performance design user satisfaction was 78.3 points, an increase of 0.7 points year-on-year.

  In 2022, the CACSI evaluation targets are 184 brand models with large sales volume, involving 39 automobile manufacturers across the country.

The scope of the survey covers 91 major cities in the five major market regions of east, south, west, north and central.
