Bloomberg: Japan will receive the first batch of Russian oil since May

The agency informs that the Zaliv Baikal tanker, loaded with oil at the Sakhalin-2 facility in the Far East, is already on its way to Japan.

It is noted that the country has not received oil from Russia since May.

In early December, the Japanese Foreign Ministry reported that oil from Sakhalin-2 for Japan does not fall under the price ceiling imposed by Tokyo on oil from Russia.
