According to him, this practice will be carried out following the example of the previously existing “budget rule”.

Earlier, Siluanov said that in 2023 the Russian Ministry of Finance would not replenish the NWF if the oil price is below $70 per barrel.

On December 9, the Russian Ministry of Economy reported that the liquid part of the NWF as of December 1 this year amounted to 7.6 trillion rubles.
