Up to now, Guangdong has established 27 national wetland parks.

According to survey statistics, there are 604 species of wild vascular plants and 278 species of wild vertebrates recorded in the park.

There are 7 species of fish, 19 species of reptiles, 14 species of amphibians, 117 species of birds, and 24 species of mammals recorded in the Wetland Park and its surrounding areas. The ecological environment is superior.
