Many economic sectors recorded exceptional performance during the year 2022, led by real estate, aviation, tourism, foreign trade, retail, and the financial sector.

The year 2022 is considered an exceptional year for the real estate sector in Dubai and the UAE, in terms of real estate events and unprecedented record sales, as well as the ability of the national economy to recover from the repercussions of the pandemic and deal with global challenges.

The Emirates Group also announced record financial results for the first six months of its current fiscal year, which ends next March.

Dubai received more than 11.4 million international tourists between January and October 2022, compared to 4.88 million international visitors in the same period last year, an increase of 133.6%.
