Creative Zone joins the "Next Generation" FDI initiative

The Ministry of Economy announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding with the “Creative Zone” company, one of the largest companies specialized in consulting and business establishment in Dubai, according to which the company will join the “next generation” initiative of foreign direct investment that it launched in July 2022, with the aim of attracting digitally advanced companies to enter The UAE market, and the development of the next generation of technology startups.

The Minister of State for Foreign Trade, Dr. Thani bin Ahmed Al-Zeyoudi, said that the UAE attaches great importance to the entrepreneurship sector, as it is a basic engine for innovation and creativity, due to the great potential it provides that supports the growth of the national economy in a sustainable manner, in implementation of the leadership’s directives, and in line with the goals of the “fifty” and the determinants of the UAE Centennial 2071.

He added: «The agreement confirms the UAE's keenness to promote future industries and support their growth, and (Creative Zone) will contribute, through the (Next Generation) initiative, in attracting startups to the Emirates, and providing a group of market-leading business support services, with the aim of ensuring its ability to expand and develop. And contribute to supporting the digital business environment in the country.

For his part, Lorenzo Juris, CEO of Creative Zone, said: “We are pleased to be part of the (Next Generation) initiative aimed at strengthening the UAE’s position as a leading international center for the best digital companies and leading billionaire companies.”
