Data published by the Dubai Statistics Center, issued by Dubai Municipality, showed that the total value of completed buildings in the emirate, which numbered 1417 new buildings, amounted to 11 billion and 833 million dirhams during the first nine months of this year.

According to "Dubai Statistics", this data relates to buildings completed in areas under and under the supervision of Dubai Municipality, during the specified period (between January and September 2022).

The data, of which Emirates Today obtained a copy, indicated that the completed “multi-storey” buildings, numbering 118 buildings, topped the list in terms of value during the past year, recording seven billion and 183 million dirhams, followed by 934 private villa buildings, with a value of Two billion and 31 million dirhams.

The value of public buildings amounted to two billion and 30 million dirhams, numbering 103 buildings, followed by 182 investment villas, with a value of about 330 million dirhams, and then industrial buildings, numbering 80 buildings, with a value of 259 million dirhams.

The value of the completed buildings during the first quarter of this year amounted to five billion and 191 million dirhams, while it amounted to three billion and 526 million dirhams in the second quarter, compared to three billion and 116 million dirhams during the third quarter.

According to the data, the total number of completed buildings reached 146 buildings last January, compared to 153 buildings in February, bringing the number to 205 buildings in March, while the number reached 158 buildings in April.

The number of completed buildings in May was 113, compared to 168 in June, 163 in July, 148 in August, and 163 in September.
