“LUKOIL does not have any contracts for the supply of its petroleum products to the territory of Ukraine.

The products of the plant in Burgas will be sold on the domestic market of Bulgaria and other available destinations within the framework of export quotas to third countries established in the ninth EU sanctions package," TASS quoted him as saying.

On December 16, the EU Council approved the ninth package of sanctions against Russia.
