According to the memorandum, the signing parties will rely on the construction of the New Land-Sea Corridor to actively jointly build the China-ASEAN Multimodal Transport Alliance, as well as align industry policies, promote industry exchanges, promote standard convergence, strengthen information interaction, optimize transportation organization, strengthen facility interconnection, and promote Strengthen cooperation in areas such as integration and innovation.

Li Yanqiang said that the Beibu Gulf Port has successfully built a national multimodal transport demonstration project, and built two major multimodal transport channel backbone projects of "Southwest-Beibu Gulf-ASEAN" and "Southwest-Beibu Gulf-Coastal China".
Beibu Gulf Port will focus on hub construction, sea-rail combined transport, route development, and platform building, and strive to build a multimodal transport logistics system of "channel + hub + network" to comprehensively support the high-quality development of new channels.
