Yesterday, real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department achieved more than 1.8 billion dirhams.

The department witnessed the registration of 495 pledges of allegiance at a value of 1.32 billion dirhams, including 16 pledges of allegiance to land at a value of 45.98 million dirhams, and 479 pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas at a value of 1.28 billion dirhams.

The most important land sales came with a value of nine million dirhams in the “Mirdif” area, followed by a pledge of five million dirhams in the “Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens” area, followed by a pledge of three million dirhams in the “Al Habiya Third” area.

Al-Habibia Al-Fifth topped the regions in terms of the number of sales, after recording three sales at a value of six million dirhams, followed by Al-Aifra 2, with three sales at a value of four million dirhams, and a third in Al-Habibia, recording three sales at a value of 10 million dirhams.

A sale of 315 million dirhams came in the “First Jumeirah” area as the most important sale of apartments and villas, followed by a sale of 29 million dirhams in the same area, then a sale of 28 million dirhams in the “Palm Jumeirah” area.

Dubai Marina topped the regions in terms of the number of sales of apartments and villas, as it recorded 104 sales at a value of 162 million dirhams, followed by the “Business Bay” area, with 54 sales at a value of 87 million dirhams, and a third in “Al Barsha South Al Thani” with 46 sales at a value of 41 million dirhams. .

In turn, the mortgages recorded a value of 454.83 million dirhams, of which 32 mortgages were made for lands with a value of 147.02 million dirhams, and 49 mortgages for villas and apartments with a value of 307.81 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the “Business Bay” area with a value of 193 million dirhams, and another in the “Dubai Marina” area with a value of 49. million dirhams.

As for donations, 24 donations were recorded, with a value of 34.33 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the “First Jebel Ali” area, with a value of 10 million dirhams, and another in the “Wadi Al-Safa 7” area, with a value of four million dirhams.
