  State Grid Xinyuan Fukang Power Station is located in Fukang City, Changji Prefecture, Xinjiang, with a total project investment of 8.368 billion yuan. It is a green project and a key project serving Xinjiang's economic and social development.

The total installed capacity of the power station is 1.2 million kilowatts, and four reversible pump-turbine generator sets with a single unit capacity of 300,000 kilowatts are installed. The designed annual power generation is 2.41 billion kwh, and the designed annual pumping power consumption is 3.213 billion kwh. After completion, it can save Xinjiang power grid every year The coal consumption of the power system is about 165,000 tons, which reduces the emission of carbon dioxide by about 496,000 tons and sulfur dioxide by about 1,800 tons, effectively promoting energy conservation and emission reduction, and serving green development.

The stator height of the unit is 3.985 meters, the maximum outer diameter is 8.43 meters, and the inner diameter is 5.35 meters. The overall lifting weight is about 406 tons. Two 300-ton bridge cranes are used for combined lifting.

  Stator hoisting is the most critical process in the unit installation process.

During the hoisting process, the on-site commander’s signals were accurate, the steps were clear, and the operators were coordinated. After an hour of intensive work, the generator stator was lifted, translated, and dropped, and accurately transferred to the predetermined position, realizing the one-time hoisting of the first unit’s stator success.

The successful hoisting has laid a solid foundation for the subsequent construction of the unit.
