This is the third time this year that the government has changed its stance on the use of disposable products, so only confusion and side effects on the site are increasing.

However, this year, As the planned disposable product regulations were put on hold, cafe owners also changed their minds.

In fact, when another deferred measure came out following last April, related companies such as cafe franchises notified of the contract abandonment one after another, saying they would not use reusable cups.

It's not just a multi-use cup company.



Disposable cup collection companies also prepared collection vehicles, personnel, and storage facilities in line with the implementation of the cup deposit system, but all of them were in vain.



Companies are contemplating whether to close their business altogether even if they lose their investment.



As the position change due to poor policy preparation is repeated, the stagnation of disposable alternative services as well as the loss of trust in the Ministry of Environment's regulations.
