"We are in a very worrying situation. I read again last night the circular which was given to the prefects to plan the load shedding plans, it sends shivers down my spine!"

declared Agnès Verdier-Molinié, director of the iFRAP Foundation, guest of Europe Matin on Tuesday.

“We are not going to reopen the schools, we are not going to start the trains, the metros …”, she listed.

The government reassures, like Secretary of State Marlène Schiappa, "there is no need for panic," she assured the microphone of Europe 1. If the rotating load shedding has place, these targeted cuts will last two consecutive hours maximum in portions of departments but these cuts are still only scenarios, she had tempered.
