  The document clarifies that those who have not obtained the "Online Taxi Booking Business Permit" shall be fined not less than 10,000 yuan but not more than 30,000 yuan on the online car-hailing platform company; If the "online appointment taxi driver permit" is not obtained by the "online appointment of the taxi", the parties shall give a fine of 200 yuan and more than 2,000 yuan.

It will come into force on the date of promulgation.

  In this regard, the interpretation issued by the Ministry of Transport stated that on July 30, the "Decision of the State Council on Canceling and Adjusting a Batch of Fines" (Guo Fa [2022] No. 15, hereinafter referred to as the "Decision") was issued and implemented.
