Natural persons (including individual industrial and commercial households) shall not use the word "bank" in their names for profit-making purposes or in a manner that may mislead the public, unless otherwise provided by law.
According to the "Notice", the use of the word "bank" in the name without approval includes: the full name and abbreviation of the name of a legal person or an unincorporated organization; trademark name; product, business and service name; Internet website name, Internet user account name , the name of the mobile Internet application; other situations.
For the illegal use of the word "bank", administrative penalties shall be imposed according to the specific circumstances of the illegal act.
