When we compare the period "mid 2020 - mid 2021" to that of "mid 2021 - mid 2022", the price of rents is falling in the Hauts-de-Seine, according to the rent observatory of the private rental stock of Clameur relayed by

In Neuilly-sur-Seine, rental prices fell on average by 3.62% for studios, by 7.33% for two-room apartments.

This is the largest drop for this type of accommodation in the department.

In Boulogne-Billancourt, studio rents fell by 4.25%.

A surprise for buoyant cities.

Biggest drop in Saint-Denis

In Ile-de-France, the largest drop, all areas combined, is in Saint-Denis (- 13.68%) in Seine-Saint-Denis.

In Evry-Courcouronnes (Essonne), it is 2 and 3 rooms that are down (respectively - 5.73% and - 3.11%).

In Meaux (Seine-et-Marne), rents for 3 or more rooms fell by 6.02%.

A city in Île-de-France is affected by the rise in rents: Versailles.

In the prefecture of Yvelines, Clameur notes an increase of 14.29% for studios.
