The Cargo Solidarity said that this decision was martial law for workers, and made it clear that it would reject the order to start work.

The leadership has shaved its head and is preparing legal action.

Correspondent Han Sang-woo reports.

<Reporter> When

the government issued an order to start operations, the cargo unions gathered by branch and held a hair-shaving ceremony all at once.

You made it clear that you weren't going to follow orders.

[Lee Bong-ju/Cargo Solidarity Chairman: Pan-governmental oppression to divide and incapacitate the strike force.

The Cargo Solidarity rejects the government's anti-constitutional business start order.]

There are 2,500 people nationwide who are subject to the business start order.

If you do not return even after receiving an order to resume work, you may be sentenced to imprisonment for up to 3 years or a fine of up to 30 million won from suspension of qualifications.

The Cargo Regiment took out three means of refusing orders.

First of all, the cement truck drivers who are subject to the order avoid receiving the order directly.

[Myeong-so Eo/Second Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport: The order to start business has been issued as of today, so we request you to return early.]

[Seung-mo Yang/Acting Director of Cargo Solidarity Chungbuk Headquarters: We refuse.

Our cargo workers refuse the order to start work.]

Also, since it is an individual business and can change the transportation business simply by reporting it, we are considering changing from cement to another item to circumvent the order.

Lastly, we are also preparing for an injunction and lawsuit asking the court to suspend this order.

It seems to emphasize that it violates the International Labor Organization ILO Convention that forced labor should not be made just because of a strike.

However, the government responded that it was transporting cement at the time of the order, but if the industry was changed, it could be subject to aggravated punishment, and the claim of violating the ILO Convention was unacceptable.

It seems that it will take 3 or 4 days to deliver the order, so it is expected that the atmosphere on the site will be read only by the weekend.
