A number of enterprises under China Railway Group Co., Ltd. will relocate to Xiongan New District as a whole, and make overall plans to invest in the construction of China Railway Xiongan Base. More than 4,000 business experts and technical backbones of China Railway System will come to Xiongan to work and live in an orderly manner.
In the past five years, Xiong'an New District has slowly spread out from the initial "a piece of white paper" to the present beautiful picture. The urban framework has been fully opened, and the city's prototype is emerging. According to reports, China Railway Group Co., Ltd. led 23 subsidiaries to enter Xiongan to participate in the construction in an all-round way.
It has undertaken 161 construction projects in Xiong'an New Area, of which more than 100 projects have been completed.
This year, Xiong'an New District issued a "1+24" policy system, including six measures to support the innovative development of headquarters enterprises in Beijing's non-capital functions and seven policy measures to support second- and third-level subsidiaries of central enterprises to settle in the new area. From the perspective of enterprises Preferential policies are provided in various aspects such as start-up, scientific research support, talent settlement, children's education, medical care, social security, etc., so that central enterprises can come, stay, and develop well.
