　　"Judging from the current supply situation, although the complex and severe international market situation has a certain impact on China's winter supply guarantee, after all parties have prepared in advance, worked together, and taken effective measures, the supply of domestic natural gas resources in this winter heating season is generally guaranteed. Yes, there may be tight supply and demand during peak hours and some areas are affected by continuous cold weather.” Meng Wei said.

　　In order to ensure a stable supply of natural gas in the heating season this winter, the National Development and Reform Commission will strengthen overall coordination with all relevant parties, and continue to do a good job in the following aspects——

　　Focus on ensuring the supply and price of gas for people's livelihood.

During the heating season, the National Development and Reform Commission will organize all localities to earnestly fulfill the main responsibility of guaranteeing people's livelihood gas, and compact the direct responsibility of urban gas enterprises to ensure sufficient and stable gas supply for people's livelihood.

At the same time, urge all localities to strictly implement the door-to-door price policy for residents to ensure that the price of natural gas for people's livelihood is basically stable.

Support upstream gas supply companies such as PetroChina, Sinopec, and CNOOC to increase storage and production, and increase domestic natural gas production during the winter peak period as much as possible.
