“Against the backdrop of rising gas prices in Europe, there was a redistribution of liquefied natural gas flows and their reorientation from other regions to the European market,” the report says.

It is noted that the increase in supplies occurred due to the redirection of LNG batches from other places, and not an increase in production.

“In fact, this has led to a shortage of energy resources in other countries,” Gazprom added.

The company also reported that sabotage on the Nord Stream and Nord Stream 2 gas pipelines aggravated the situation on the energy market.
