The first phase of the "Rural Revitalization·Pilot Talent Training Program" was launched in Leishan, Guizhou on September 23, 2021, on the occasion of the Farmers Harvest Festival. A total of 53 rural revitalization leaders have been trained, of which 32 students' industrial projects have been optimized and improved , to achieve an average monthly income increase of 528 yuan, and drive 188 local villagers to participate in the industry chain employment to obtain income.
In the course design of the second phase, skills training for online marketing and live streaming has been added.
In the next year, 50 rural industry leaders will be trained with knowledge of industrial development, operation management, sales promotion, etc., to promote the professional development of the industry.

Among the second batch of trainees, Huang Yiwen, who operates dark tea in Anhua, successfully applied for an interest-free loan of 100,000 yuan under the "Xiaoman Assistance Program" to pay wages to employees in the factory.
The "Xiaoman Assistance Program" is a public interest-free loan project launched by Du Xiaoman in 2019. The project currently covers 242 administrative villages in 31 provinces and cities across the country, indirectly radiating 150,000 farmers.
