As the number of real estate donations surged last year, the number of people who paid real estate gift tax reached 150,000.



According to the National Tax Service, the amount of real estate donated property such as land and buildings last year increased by 86.9% from a year ago to 32.38 trillion won.



The number of people who decided on the gift tax on real estate was 149,000, up 49.4% from a year ago.

As a result of a survey conducted by the Korea Federation of Small and Medium Businesses on 500 online platform small businesses, 72.4% answered that they were burdened with costs such as online platform fees and advertising fees.
