Dubai Airports Corporation revealed that Dubai International Airport will witness a noticeable increase in passenger traffic during the next 10 days, coinciding with the mid-school year vacation, providing a number of tips and guidelines to ensure a smooth and comfortable travel experience for all travelers.

In a statement, the Foundation confirmed that the number of travelers witnessed a significant recovery, to record a movement similar to the levels of 2019, thanks to the strong recovery in the travel sector during 2022, which makes this season the busiest since the Corona Virus (Covid 19) pandemic.
According to Dubai Airports data, traffic is expected to reach about 2.1 million passengers through Dubai International Airport between October 21 and 30, bringing the average daily number of passengers to 215,000 passengers from and to Dubai.
The airport is also expected to witness a large movement of passengers on October 30, receiving about 259,000 passengers, making it the busiest day during this period.

"Dubai Airports" warned of the need to review the latest updates on travel regulations and conditions at the destination, and to ensure the necessary documents for travel with the required validity before arriving at the airport.

In addition, Dubai Airports announced new appointments within the senior management team, as Omar bin Uday was appointed as Executive Vice President for Technology and Infrastructure Affairs, Issa Al Shamsi as Senior Vice President of Terminal Operations, and Moataz Rushdi as First Vice President Head of Finance.

She also pointed out that entry to the vehicle yard in the arrival area of the passenger terminal (3) is limited to public transport and vehicles of the relevant authorities, calling on family members and friends to use the designated car parks at the airport, or the valet parking service to receive passengers.
