In preparation for the busy winter season, "flydubai" leases 4 aircraft of the new generation

flydubai has signed an agreement with Smart Wings to lease 4 Boeing 737 Next Generation aircraft from November 17, 2022 to January 16, 2023.

According to a statement issued by the company, the agreement includes the rental of aircraft and crew, as well as maintenance and insurance operations in support of the four aircraft that will join flydubai's fleet of 68 Boeing 737 aircraft, allowing the airline to add more capacity for passengers and meet the demand for travel during the busy winter season.

Ghaith Al Ghaith, CEO of flydubai, said: "We are pleased to finalize this new agreement with Smart Wings, which is an IATA IOSA-certified and has good experience in this field. We have previously worked with Smart Company. Wings We are confident that chartering the additional four aircraft will provide our passengers with more convenient and reliable options for travel during the holiday season."

flydubai currently operates one Boeing 737 fleet, which includes 32 Boeing 737-800 Next Generation, 33 Boeing 737 MAX 8 and three Boeing 737 MAX 9 aircraft.
