US entrepreneur Elon Musk has re-offered a deal to social media giant Twitter, but a local court has ruled against Musk if he wants to avoid continuing the lawsuit over conducting the deal with Twitter. I ordered the acquisition to be completed by the 28th of this month.

Elon Musk, CEO and entrepreneur of American electric car maker Tesla, has re-proposed to acquire Twitter as originally agreed.

In response to this, Mr. Musk asked Twitter to drop the lawsuit that sought to carry out the acquisition in line with the agreement Twitter made against Mr. Musk.

However, Twitter's distrust of Mr. Musk is deep-rooted, and he has no intention of withdrawing the lawsuit.

In response, the court ordered Musk to complete the acquisition by the 28th of this month if he wants to avoid further litigation.

Mr. Musk expects to complete the acquisition around the 28th if funds can be raised, but it is still unclear whether the acquisition will be completed by the deadline indicated by the court.

The court has said that if the acquisition is not completed by the deadline, a hearing will take place next month.
