In January, the minister spoke about plans to use Black Sea gas in the country in 2022.
In June, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan took part in a solemn ceremony dedicated to the start of laying a gas pipeline at the bottom of the Black Sea off the coast of the republic.
