Subscription begins for 11% of Burjeel shares on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange
This morning, the public offering of 11% of the capital of Burjeel Holding Company began on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange, equivalent to 550.7 million shares, of which 10% are for individuals and 90% are for professional investors.
According to the details of the prospectus, the subscription was divided into two tranches, the first for individuals, with 55.07 million shares, and the second for professional investors, with 495.66 million shares.
The minimum subscription for the first tranche “individuals” is 5000 dirhams, with an increase in applications by 1000 dirhams and its multiples, and without a maximum.
The minimum subscription for professional investors was set at one million dirhams, without a maximum.
The price range of the offering shares was determined between 2 and 2.45 dirhams per share.
The period specified for the first and second tranches (individuals and professional investors) expires on October 4, 2022, and it is expected to complete the listing of the shares and start trading on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange on October 10, 2022.
