This is why the Board of Directors, "wishing to share with its shareholders the Company's results in this context of high prices", will "pay an exceptional interim dividend of 1 euro per share in December 2022", out of 2, 62 billion shares.
The hydrocarbon giant also indicated that it would strengthen its investments in renewable energies: those in solar and wind power "will exceed 4 billion dollars from 2022", instead of 3 billion dollars in 2021.
