A first for a city of Seine-Saint-Denis.

The average price for a new three-room apartment is 478,000 euros in Saint-Ouen.

In the rest of this top 5, Paris unsurprisingly occupies first place with a new three-room apartment offered at 833,000 euros on average, a figure down 3% compared to 2021. Next are Boulogne-Billancourt (666,200 euros), Anglet (€503,000) and Rueil-Malmaison (€488,500).

Anglet (Pyrénées-Atlantiques) is thus the only city in this ranking that is not located in Ile-de-France.
