The "Tomohi" program is considered one of DB World's main initiatives, which provides young Emirati talents with training and work opportunities in leading local and international companies, with the aim of gaining practical experience under the supervision of experts and specialists.
This is why DB World was keen this year, through its participation in the UAE Career Fair “Vision” 2022, to renew the partnership agreements for the program with a number of leading companies in the UAE, such as Roche, Drydocks World, and Dubai Maritime City. and B&O Marinas.
The "Tomohi" program provides young Emirati graduates with the opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop the necessary skills that qualify them to efficiently enter the labor market, through field training and work in a group of leading multinational companies, as well as enabling trainees to build a strong professional network with experts and specialists.
