The Samsung Tax Office (255.2 billion won) was the largest in terms of the amount of personal property tax determined.

The total tax amount also increased from 498.2 billion won in 2017 to 3.713 trillion won in 2021.



Based on the rate of change, Sejong had the largest increase in the number of individual property tax payers compared to 2017.



The number of taxpayers in Sejong increased from 1,373 in 2017 to 1453 in 2021, more than seven times.



The number of people paying tax in Songpa also increased by more than 300% from 5,969 to 24,276.



In addition, in Seoul, the number of local property tax payers such as Gangdong (240.5%) and Nowon (223.8%) increased significantly.
