According to the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security in many places, September 10 (Mid-Autumn Festival) and October 1, 2, and 3 (National Day), these 4 days are statutory holidays, as long as overtime is arranged, you should pay no less than 300 %salary.
On September 11th, September 12th, October 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th, if overtime is scheduled, compensatory rest should be arranged first; if compensatory rest cannot be arranged, no less than 200% of wages should be paid.
