The "Suzhou Express Industry Collective Contract" covers seven collective standards including labor management, labor remuneration, working hours, rest and vacation, labor safety and hygiene, special protection for female workers, social insurance and welfare, worker growth and vocational skills training. The key content of the negotiation will effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of workers and enterprises in the express delivery industry, and promote the establishment of a harmonious and stable labor relationship in the industry.

It is understood that the Suzhou Express Industry Federation of Trade Unions covers 9 express companies and nearly 10,000 employees.

Since the beginning of this year, the Federation of Trade Unions has made preliminary visits and investigations, solicited the opinions of job representatives, and put forward procedures such as negotiating offers to the industry associations, and formed the "Suzhou Express Industry Collective Contract (Draft)" and "Suzhou Express Industry Wage Special Collective Contract (Draft)" )".
