In August, the autumn wind in Heilongjiang was breezy. In Shangzhi City, Harbin, in the southeastern part of the province, growers were spraying water on the hanging bag mushroom sticks in their sheds. After more than 10 days, the small black shoots on the mushroom sticks will grow into meat. The tooted autumn fungus is then packaged and shipped across the ocean to more than 10 countries including Japan, Germany, France, Canada, and the United States.

These aspects are the necessary conditions for the growth of good fungus.
