After graduating from university in 2014, Xu Xinyi came to the Agricultural Service Center of Fengjing Town, Jinshan District, Shanghai to become an assistant agronomist.

Xu Xinyi told reporters that she grew up in the countryside and watched her ancestors go to the fields every day to do farm work.
Hearing that foreign farmland is full of mechanized equipment, she especially wanted her grandfather and grandmother to come back from the field and watch the machine work.
So, she applied for agronomy at university, obtained a bachelor's degree in agriculture, and returned to the countryside after graduation.
Agriculture is not as simple as imagined. Xu Xinyi, who has worked in Nongkou for 8 years, said with emotion that in 2021, in order to improve her personal professional skills, she also signed up for temporary training at the Shanghai Academy of Agricultural Sciences.

I have always wanted our Fengjing agricultural products to go out, so that more of our citizens can know that our Fengjing has made so many delicious agricultural products.
[Explanation] "Post-90s" Chen Xun is the head of Shanghai Fengxiang Food Sales Co., Ltd., and the fourth-generation descendant of "Fengjing Zongzi".
During his return to his hometown to start a business, Chen Xun brought traditional hand-made zongzi into the production workshop, realizing the semi-automatic production of zongzi.
However, after the Dragon Boat Festival's hot sale period for dumplings, various equipment in the factory began to be idle. At that time, the corn sown in the spring just matured after the Dragon Boat Festival, which just happened to replace the dumplings.
In 2021, Chen Xun introduced a small batch of corn, and used the existing production workshop to make thousands of vacuum-packed corn cobs. Once it was put on the market, the sales were very good.
In the spring of 2022, he signed a cooperation agreement with farmers in Fengjing Town. The farmers will grow corn, and he will help to harvest them together. He is also responsible for the purchase, production and sales links, and explores a new world of farming.

After vacuum packaging, its shelf life will be extended, and at the same time, it can also increase the premium of corn, which is beneficial to farmers. Chen Xun said that when he signed a cooperation agreement with farmers, he encountered farmers' concerns about planting and sales.
After patiently and the old farmers calculated the yield per mu and how to increase the income of the paddy fields, they allayed their concerns.
In Chen Xun's view, the combination of Internet thinking and the production model has really increased the income for farmers.
