B1 Properties has announced the sale of the largest penthouse apartment in Atlantis, The Royal Residences on Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, for 163 million dirhams.
The company explained in a statement, today, Wednesday, that the area of the triple "penthouse", consisting of five bedrooms, is 25,208 square feet, noting that it includes a heavenly garden, two private pools, "terraces", a private elevator and floor-to-ceiling windows with unobstructed views. 360-degree angled view of both the Arabian Sea and Palm Jumeirah.
She added that since the unit is offered in an incomplete cladding, the owner can create the interior design as he wants.
