B1 Properties announced yesterday the sale of the largest penthouse apartment in the Atlantis The Royal Residences Resort on Palm Jumeirah, Dubai, for 163 million dirhams.
The company said in a statement that the area of the triple penthouse, consisting of five bedrooms, is 25,208.
