The hotel staff told reporters that in addition to the gift box on display, the hotel also provides "Auspicious Moon Gift Box" and "Ruiyue Gift Box", which are priced at 218 yuan and 288 yuan respectively. Some gift boxes contain individual packaging
The No. 1 Amendment Sheet of the National Standard "Restriction of Excessive Packaging of Commodities for Food and Cosmetics" not only stipulates the packaging of moon cakes, but also requires that moon cakes should not be mixed with other commodities.
During the unannounced visit, the reporter did not see any other goods mixed in the mooncake gift box.
However, some hotels have made small calculations in this regard.
On the mooncake promotion page of Beijing Beichen Wuzhou Crown International Hotel, there is also an activity where you can add 99 yuan to buy a red wine gift box (1 bottle) worth 188 yuan.
The staff at the Palm Court lobby bar on the first floor of the hotel told reporters that this year, the state requires that moon cakes cannot be mixed or sold together. The hotel strictly follows the standard.
